Now that we have gotten to know each other, let's kick start your healing journey. We will discuss your major concerns, symptoms and goals you would like to focus on. I will then use all the information given to create an individualized protocol for you to follow. This will include lifestyle and dietary recommendations, supplementation, stress management and more. I will be sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is a better option for people who need general support. *meal plan can be added on at a discounted price for pre-existing clients If I think the 12 week Hormonal Wellness Package is a better fit based on your symptoms and concerns I will recommend this to give us more time for greater results. This would save you money long-term. Ie: Endometriosis, PCOS, major hormonal imbalances etc.

Cancelation Policy

Cancel 48 hours before appt or 24 hours before but will get charged 50% cost to be used at next appt.
