Service Description

If you’re struggling with reading labels, and differentiating between foods then I’d love to go shopping with you! We will go to your favourite local grocery store and I can teach you how to read nutritional labels, shop properly (and cost effectively!) for your needs, and avoid the common health scams!

Cancelation Policy

Cancel 48 hours before appt or 24 hours before but will get charged 50% cost to be used at next appt.
